Pin to Parcel is a product of This Good Ground. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means This Good Ground.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever.
We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not run retargeting pixels from ad platforms.
We use a small number of services to run Pin to Parcel — payment processing, email delivery, and hosting. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and processes only the minimum data needed to do their job.
If you're on our mailing list, every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click, no questions. Enrollment-related emails (lesson access, cohort logistics) are transactional and will continue for the duration of your cohort.
We keep your account information for as long as you're an active participant or subscriber. If you ask us to delete your data, we will — email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
Pin to Parcel is designed for adults making land-purchasing decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top and notify active cohort members by email. We won't quietly reduce your protections.
Email hi@thisgoodground.com with any privacy questions.

Pin to Parcel is a live, cohort-based educational program — one week of guided lessons followed by four weeks of guided field work ("the Field Trip"). You're purchasing access to a specific cohort session, not a self-paced product you can start anytime.
The Field Guide tier includes everything in the base program plus additional one-on-one support and extended resources as described on the sales page at the time of your purchase.
Buy Now, Pay Later options may be available at checkout through a third-party provider. Those plans are governed by the provider's own terms and repayment schedule — not ours.
Your seat is non-refundable once the cohort begins.
We keep the room small on purpose — your seat is a real seat, and when you enrolled, someone else didn't get in.
Life happens. If something comes up before the cohort starts — a family emergency, a move, a season you didn't see coming — you may defer once to the next available cohort, no questions asked. Your seat travels with you.
Deferrals must be requested before the cohort's first lesson. We do not offer deferrals after the program has begun.
By enrolling, you agree that:
We commit to delivering the program as described — the lessons, the live calls, the Field Trip framework, and the support outlined for your tier. If we need to reschedule a session, we'll give you as much notice as possible and make it right.
All Pin to Parcel materials — lessons, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, the Land Score, and related content — are the property of This Good Ground. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own family's land search.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which This Good Ground is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith conversation first — we'd rather talk it out than lawyer up.

Pin to Parcel is an educational program that teaches families how to find, evaluate, and make decisions about purchasing rural land. It provides frameworks, vocabulary, and structured practice for navigating the land-buying process.
Pin to Parcel is not legal advice, lending advice, financial planning, investment counsel, real estate brokerage, or a substitute for working with licensed professionals in any of those fields.
The creators of Pin to Parcel are not licensed real estate agents, attorneys, mortgage brokers, or financial advisors. Nothing in the program should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy or not buy a specific property, take on a specific loan, or make a specific financial decision.
The program references real properties, real numbers, and real transactions — including properties we've purchased ourselves. These are shared for educational context. Your costs, your market, your financing, and your circumstances will be different.
When we show a settlement statement, a land listing, or a purchase price, we're teaching you how to read and evaluate those documents — not suggesting you'll find the same deal. Land prices vary by region, by season, by seller motivation, and by a hundred factors no course can predict.
Before making any land purchase, we strongly encourage you to work with:
Pin to Parcel teaches you how to find these professionals and what to ask them. It does not replace them.
We cannot guarantee that you will find land, close on a property, or achieve any specific financial outcome as a result of this program. What we can guarantee is that you'll leave with a clearer picture of how to look, what to look for, and how to decide — skills that serve you whether you buy this year or in five.
Any testimonials, case studies, or results shared on our website or in our materials reflect the experiences of specific individuals. They are not promises of typical results. Every family's land journey is different.
